The people of Denmark have special raised sidewalks for the bicycles, and an even higher sidewalk for the pedestrians, creating a harmonious environment for people, bicycles and cars. More bikes, more fit and happy people, less environmental impact from cars, and a happier planet!

Julie N., No Fly Zone, oil on canvas.

Available at $175.

The bird in this painting is a Bald Ibis, and was based on a photograph by Lajos Nemeth-Boka of GreenEye Ecotours and Images. It was photographed in the Palmyra area of Syria in 2011. My healing wish for the planet in this painting is about peace for all people, thinking here especially about the citizens of Syria.
