Steak Tartar for 6-8? from mom 1/2 lb. top round 2-3 cloves garlic 1/2 a medium red onion 3-4 stalks parsley 1 Tbl capers 1 tsp mustard 1 raw egg few swigs Worchestershire 2-3 pinches terragon salt and pepper to taste hot sauce to taste grind meat a little in a food processor with a metal blade, put meat to the side. Grind up garlic, onion, parsley, capers, mustard, and egg. Put plastic blade in and add ground meat. mix. add remainder of ingredients to taste. CASEY AND MATT NOTES: I don't think mom uses raw eggs these days.
